3. How ZIGO Partner Works
Partner enters a mobile number.
Nearby customer ride requests appear.
Partner can accept or cancel any ride — no restriction.
No personal data is stored after the ride ends.
4. Legal & Traffic Warning (IMPORTANT)
Important Notice for Drivers:
• Only RTO-approved commercial vehicles are permitted.
• Yellow number plate is mandatory for taxi services.
• White number plate vehicles are strictly NOT allowed.
If traffic police or RTO authorities take action or impose fines, the driver is solely responsible.
ZIGO Partner holds no liability for any legal or regulatory consequences.
5. Partner Responsibilities
Comply with all traffic rules and RTO regulations.
Maintain professional and respectful behaviour.
Do not request customers’ personal information.
Avoid overcharging, fraud, or misuse of the platform.
Ensure the vehicle is safe and roadworthy.

We are not responsible for customer conduct, payment disputes, fines, police actions,
accidents, injuries, losses, or any incident occurring during or after a ride.
